About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Investment Consultant

to join our team

depending on your availability and experience. You will work remotely and focus on sourcing investment partners, raising capital, and structuring deals -- primarily in the

maritime sector

.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, private equity, or capital advisory, along with a network of active investors and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and engage joint venture partners, private equity firms, debt investors, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Promote and raise capital for maritime investment opportunities. Identify funding avenues including structured finance, mezzanine, and bridge loans. Prepare and present investment proposals, pitch decks, and financial models. Conduct due diligence, market analysis, and risk assessments. Manage investor relations, onboarding, and post-deal follow-up. Maintain and expand a network of local and international investors. Stay updated on maritime trends, financial markets, and investment regulations. Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to structure and close deals. Provide strategic investment advice and portfolio recommendations to clients. Analyze financial data and market trends to guide decision-making.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Investment Consultant or Capital Advisor. Strong network within private equity, venture capital, and HNWI communities. Expertise in capital raising, financial modeling, and investor relations. Solid understanding of investment structures, especially in maritime or infrastructure sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results remotely. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred. Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent are a plus.
