We are now hiring experienced and motivated

Real Estate Investment Consultants

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing ready (secondary market) properties with strong investment potential. Identify high-yield opportunities based on market trends and capital appreciation zones. Generate leads through referrals, networking, and property portals. Conduct client meetings, property tours, and investment briefings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, rental yields, ROI metrics, and project launches. Build long-term relationships with investors and landlords. Handle negotiations and close deals with confidence and accuracy.

Requirements:

Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (secondary market experience preferred). Strong knowledge of investment-focused selling and ROI calculation. Excellent communication and closing skills. Driven, proactive, and target-focused attitude. RERA certified or willing to obtain certification. UAE driving license and own car preferred.
