Investment Broker

to lead business growth through strategic partnerships and commercial investment opportunities.

Position Overview



The

Investment Broker

will play a key role in driving business expansion by identifying, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships and investment contracts. This position requires a commercially astute professional with proven expertise in B2B sales, investment brokerage, or fleet partnership management within the UAE market.

The ideal candidate is a confident negotiator with a strong network across industries such as transportation, hospitality, and real estate -- capable of delivering measurable revenue growth and managing end-to-end investment processes.

Key Responsibilities



1. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships



Identify and secure investment and partnership opportunities with corporate, government, and institutional clients. Develop tailored investment and vehicle partnership models aligned with business and client goals. Negotiate and finalize long-term commercial agreements with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Attend business forums, expos, and client meetings to expand the company's investment network.

2. Investment Brokerage Operations



Act as a liaison between investors, clients, and vehicle vendors for investment-related deals. Manage sourcing, due diligence, pricing negotiations, and contractual documentation. Oversee full transaction lifecycle -- from client acquisition to contract execution and renewal.

3. Relationship & Portfolio Management



Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat investments. Conduct regular portfolio performance reviews and identify opportunities for reinvestment or expansion. Address and resolve client inquiries and issues professionally and promptly.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights



Analyze trends in fleet investment, transportation leasing, and luxury service markets. Provide market insights and investment reports to management. Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional strategies for investor acquisition.

5. Reporting & Compliance



Maintain accurate CRM records of deals, investor portfolios, and financial performance. Prepare regular sales and investment performance reports for management. Ensure full compliance with UAE commercial regulations and company policies.

Candidate Profile



Experience:



5-10 years of experience in investment brokerage, commercial sales, or business development. Proven record of closing high-value investment or partnership deals. Experience in transportation, hospitality, or luxury service sectors is an advantage.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills. Strategic thinker with excellent financial and commercial acumen. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused. Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages (Hindi, Russian, French) are an advantage.

Other Requirements:



Valid UAE Driving License. Must be willing to travel locally for client and investor meetings.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
