Job Description

As Vice President in the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team, you will play a critical role in originating, structuring, and executing equity and equity-linked transactions. Working closely with clients, coverage bankers, and product specialists, you will lead deal execution across IPOs, follow-on offerings, rights issues and convertible bonds across domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities:Originate and pitch ECM ideas to corporate clients, sovereigns, and financial sponsors.Drive the preparation of marketing materials, investor presentations, roadshow strategies, and regulatory filings (e.g., prospectuses).Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, regulators, exchanges, and internal stakeholders.Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality analysis and execution support.
Qualifications & Experience:6-8 years of relevant experience in ECM or broader investment banking roles.Strong transactional experience in IPOs, rights issues, and/or convertible bonds.Deep understanding of capital markets regulations, investor behavior, and valuation techniques.
