What You'll Do

• Drive business growth by acquiring new advisory clients, mandates, and AUM in UAE, GCC, MENA, and international markets
• Manage investment advisory relationships for private banking clients, delivering customized portfolio construction, monitoring, and rebalancing
• Promote investment opportunities across asset classes in line with FAB's investment outlook and client needs
• Support business KPIs including revenue generation, fee income, and return on assets
• Source new investment ideas through market research, client feedback, and relationship manager input
• Ensure compliance with FAB policies, procedures, and external regulations at all times
• Contribute to advisory business projects to improve infrastructure, operational workflows, and service delivery
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions on investment advisory as needed

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications like CFA preferred)
• Strong background in investment research, portfolio management, and delivering tailored investment propositions
• Deep knowledge of global markets, economic trends, and asset allocation strategies
• Proven ability to manage high-net-worth client relationships and deliver investment performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (other languages a plus)
• Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and client service orientation
