The Role
COMMISSION ONLY \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for Conducting research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify investors property consultancy needs and assist them. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a deal. \xe2\x80\xa2 Educate yourself and monitor the property market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property laws and policies.?- Build and establish good working relationship with investors. ?- Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a database of commercial, and residential properties available on the property market.
