We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry/Accounts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles and experience with Tally software. Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Maintain and update financial records using Tally software. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate documentation. Support the accounting team with various clerical tasks. Handle incoming and outgoing financial correspondence. Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

One to two years of relevant work experience in data entry, accounts, bookkeeping, or a related field.

Software Knowledge:

Proficiency in using Tally software is required.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus.

Skills:

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
