Tasks and Duties
Review all materials failing to meet reservations i.e. (Inventory Service Level (ISL), on monthly basis and take appropriate action to ensure stock availability
Support the contract PR follow-up and follow-up with the end user for TE
Monitor; Investigate for Out of Stock materials and define root causes and work closely with the relevant action parties to close the action
Highlight Priority PRs' to the buyers to ensure materials are replenished promptly
Analyze causes of Inventory availability issues and provide resolutions. This includes out-of-stock situations and material master's data inaccuracies
Support Annual Stock Verification exercises
Run Inventory Management KPIs' (Key Performance Indicators) and update Management on a weekly/monthly basis
Identify and work on closing aging PRs; Reservations and POs every month
Conduct data analysis of FSN and ABC
Support Materials engineers
Requirements
Diploma in Computer system/ Mechanical /Electrical
Minimum years'0-2 experience in Inventory & warehousing systems.
Skilled in MS Excel and MS office
Good knowledge of English with excellent writing and reading emails.
