Check and monitor daily kitchen and Bakery cost reports.
Track the usage of Mterial food, ingredients, and packaging.
Make sure all recipe costs are correct and control any cost differences.
Verify supplier invoices and purchase orders.
Conduct inventory counts and record waste.
Help with monthly cost reports by working with the accounting and production teams.
Requirements
1-3 years of cost control experience in F&B or hospitality.
Good knowledge of inventory systems, purchasing, and recipe costing.
Strong skills in Excel and Zoho Books.
Very detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
