DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for an Inventory Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

Develop and implement inventory management procedures as well as policies
Oversee the inventory levels and ensure stock availability for customer orders
Monitor inventory movements, identify discrepancies and reconcile inventory counts
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
Evaluate and optimize inventory procedures to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure compliance with inventory management procedures
Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement as well as overall inventory performance
Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan for future demands
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
At least 2 years of proven experience working as an inventory manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy
Must be with regulatory requirements as well as safety standards
The ideal candidate should be currently available in the UAE
Excellent knowledge of data analysis as well as forecasting methods
