Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Monitor daily warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and timely system updates. Conduct regular stock counts, analyze inventory turnover and slow-moving items, and provide optimization recommendations.

Receiving & Logistics

Track supplier shipments and logistics, coordinate receiving, inspection, and storage processes. Ensure received goods match purchase orders in quantity, specifications, and quality.

Reporting & Data Analysis

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and receiving reports to support purchasing, sales, and management decisions. Monitor inventory discrepancies (shortages, overstock, slow-moving items) and implement corrective actions.

Coordination & Communication

Collaborate closely with purchasing, sales, logistics, and store teams to ensure smooth inventory and receiving operations Assist with returns, exchanges, and inventory adjustments as required.

Process improvement

Continuously optimize inventory management and receiving processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics; experience in footwear, apparel, or sports brands preferred. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
