Job title: Demand Forecasting & Planning Analyst Location: Oman - Adam Airbase Salary: Competitive plus International Package Referral Scheme Bonus: £1000 Grade: GG09

What you'll be doing: Delivering targets & reporting on any impact on Continuing Airworthiness, operational/process performance. Ensure all Inventory Forecast Planning (IF&P) activities are appropriately documented and maintained on relevant systems Ensure Human Factors and Error Management philosophies are applied to all activities. Understand the risks associated and by which they are mitigated and managed Ensure IF&P activities are compliant with the Governance & Assurance framework, including supporting process confirmations & independent assurance audits Comply with the CAME, its associated procedures and standards, and any other company procedures and standards

Your skills and experiences: Recognised qualification to NVQ3/Level 3 Award in relevant discipline Knowledge of the Regulatory Framework and it's applicability to the IF&P processes and activities. Operational knowledge and understanding of the platform contract(s), the fleet's performance and the business key performance metrics. Understanding of Reliability Programmes and the impact of their findings on the Operator Maintenance Programme and the IF&P inventory strategy.

The team: Within this role you will work on the provision of demand forecasting, planning and optimisation of inventory requirements and usage. Ensure the supply chain maintains appropriate levels of repairable and consumable assets to meet customer requirements. Manage, analyse and report inventory spend against budget and forecasting forward spend projections. Responsible for maintenance and update of inventory forecasting system(s). Gathering information and analysis of data to aid demand forecasting.
