About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy

Inventory Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing inventory using systems and tools, and possess a solid understanding of eCommerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate stock levels, timely updates, and seamless order fulfillment across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor inventory levels across all warehouses and eCommerce platforms Manage stock entries, transfers, and adjustments in inventory management systems Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to optimize stock availability Upload, update, and manage product listings on online marketplaces Generate and analyze inventory reports to reduce discrepancies and improve accuracy Handle returns, damaged goods, and stock reconciliation Ensure smooth integration between ERP/IMS systems and eCommerce portals Implement and improve inventory control procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience

in inventory or stock management.

Experience in the sports retail industry

is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of ERP or inventory management software (e.g.,Pact, Odoo, or similar). Proven experience in inventory management or similar role Strong knowledge of inventory systems Experience with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Experience with automated inventory tracking tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
