Keep stock accurate and available across central warehouse, factory, and branches (FEFO/expiry-driven categories).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily cycle counts, weekly reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly full stock-takes; investigate variances. Enforce FEFO, batch/lot & expiry tracking; manage quarantine and write-off processes for damaged/expired goods. Monitor min-max levels, safety stock, and cold-chain items (chilled chocolate, fresh flowers); coordinate inter-branch transfers. Post inventory adjustments in ERP (Odoo) and maintain item master data (UoM, pack sizes, barcodes). Generate KPIs: stock accuracy %, shrinkage %, stock cover days, expiry risk, slow/non-moving items. Support procurement & production with MRP signals and BOM component availability.
Requirements:
2-4 years of inventory/warehouse control experience in FMCG or retail. ERP literacy (Odoo experience is a plus). Working knowledge of HACCP/food safety controls and temperature-sensitive storage.
