Inventory Controller
Job Description
Job Purpose
The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing and controlling all inventory-related activities within the factory, including stock monitoring, documentation, and preparation of delivery notes. The role ensures accurate inventory records, smooth material movement, and effective coordination between production, sales, and dispatch teams to support efficient factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
Monitor daily stock movements including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of marble materials
Prepare
delivery notes
for outgoing materials and finished goods.Verify materials before dispatch as per delivery note
Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
Ensure cleanliness and safety within the warehouse area.
Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies to management
Qualifications & Skills (Optional Section)
Diploma or relevant qualification in
Inventory Management, Logistics, or Operations
.Previous experience in
inventory control / warehouse operations
(marble or manufacturing industry preferred).Basic knowledge of
inventory systems, MS Excel, and documentation control
.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
