Minimum 3-5 years in inventory control (construction/manufacturing industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when required Conduct routine physical stock audits and reconciliation Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams Manage GRN (Goods Received Notes) and issuance records Track material usage per project and prepare consumption reports Update ERP / Excel inventory sheets daily Ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO methodology Identify slow-moving / excess stock and suggest corrective actions Prepare monthly inventory reports for management review Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures in warehouse Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on material deliveries

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures Hands-on experience with ERP / MS Excel / Inventory software Good communication and documentation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Must be currently in UAE (Immediate joiners preferred) Forklift license or warehouse experience is an advantage
