Inventory Controller

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to manage and optimize stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. The role ensures accurate tracking, safe storage, and timely availability of materials to support smooth production and minimize waste.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control stock levels of raw materials and finished goods. Maintain accurate records in ERP/inventory systems. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and compliance with chemical safety standards. Support procurement, production, and logistics with timely material availability. Prepare stock reports and assist in audits.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Strong English and Hindi communication skill.
3+ years' experience in inventory control (preferably in chemicals/manufacturing).
Knowledge of ERP systems ( SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
