Job description:
Maintain all dental supplies in the main inventory by checking stock and matching with the opening and closing balances.
Determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipts, quantity, expiry during delivery.
Stock handling and monitoring the main inventory with all the required instruments and materials that need to be purchased.
Communicate with the suppliers for new orders.
Create and maintain good relationships with the approved suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.
Review and analyze purchase requisitions, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Evaluate supplier performance, track delivery schedules, and address any issues or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier information, purchase orders, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with all related legal bodies concerned.
