Job duties:
Conduct physical counting of all items/stocks across designated areas.
Compare physical stock with system or recorded data to identify any variances.
Prepare a detailed Inventory Reconciliation Report highlighting shortages, excesses, and discrepancies.
Provide remarks and justifications for all identified variances.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of stock data throughout the counting process.
Ensure all counting activities are completed within the given timelines.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality guidelines during inventory operations.
