We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller with proven warehouse experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating stock movement, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, shipments, and transfers Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch processes Utilize inventory management software to track and report inventory status Identify and implement improvements in inventory processes to increase efficiency Support warehouse safety and compliance standards Assist with order fulfillment and coordination with suppliers and logistics teams Qualifications: Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or in a similar inventory/warehouse role Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management practices Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to analyze data and prepare reports Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or inventory management are a plus Please send your resume/CV
