Key Responsibilities: . Monitor, manage, and reconcile stock across multiple locations. . Conduct regular stock counts and investigate variances. . Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory transactions with warehouse and production teams. . Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems. . Collaborate with the accounts department to align physical inventory with financial records. . Prepare and analyze inventory reports for internal departments. . Support procurement planning by providing accurate stock data and consumption trends. . Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations in all inventory processes. Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. . 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a food or FMCG environment. . Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and accounting practices. . Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). . High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability. . Excellent organizational and communication skills. .
