to join our retail operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels across all retail outlets and warehouses to ensure accurate stock availability, minimize losses, and support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records across retail stores and warehouse facilities.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy between physical and system inventory.
Monitor stock movements, including goods received, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify variances, slow-moving items, and stock discrepancies.
Collaborate with Buying, sales, and logistics teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
Implement best practices for inventory control, storage, and replenishment.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE retail regulations.
Suggest process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with UAE import, storage, and retail compliance regulations is an advantage.
