Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Inventory Controller

to manage warehouse inventory, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate smooth store operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a

manufacturing or retail environment

and strong team supervision skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management

Supervise the receiving, storing, and issuing of goods in line with company procedures. Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical inventory checks, reporting any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all stock movements with proper documentation.

2. Team Supervision & Coordination

Manage and guide store/warehouse staff, including task assignment and performance monitoring. Train team members on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and proper handling of goods. Coordinate effectively with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to support operations.

3. Warehouse Operations

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and systematic organization of inventory for efficient retrieval. Oversee timely dispatch of goods to internal departments, distributors, or clients. Implement efficient warehouse layouts and storage methods to maximize space and accessibility.

4. Safety & Compliance

Enforce all warehouse health, safety, and security protocols. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements. Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures to prevent accidents or damages.

5. Reporting & Process Improvement

Prepare periodic inventory and store performance reports for management review. Suggest improvements in stock handling, warehouse layout, and operational workflows. Support audits and inspections by providing relevant documentation and information.

Requirements:

Prior experience in

Inventory Control / Storekeeping

within

Manufacturing or Retail

is required. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/inventory software is an advantage.
