The Inventory Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing all inventory operations across the company's retail warehouse and shops. This role ensures accurate stock levels, smooth stock transfers, timely replenishments, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will maintain control over all inventory movements to ensure product availability, minimize losses, and optimize stock turnover.

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of UAE experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor, manage, and reconcile inventory across warehouse and retail outlets. Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure system data reflects physical stock at all times. Conduct periodic stock counts and cycle counts to identify discrepancies. Investigate and report any stock variances or losses promptly. Ensure all incoming and outgoing stock transactions are recorded properly in the F5 system. Coordinate with warehouse and retail teams for stock transfers, replenishments, and returns. Supervise inventory movements between locations to maintain consistency and accuracy. Support warehouse team in organizing storage and maintaining proper labeling and product segregation. Monitor expiry dates, damaged items, and slow-moving stock for appropriate action. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review. Analyze stock turnover, sell-through rates, and shrinkage trends to optimize inventory levels. Assist management in forecasting and procurement planning based on sales performance. Ensure all inventory processes comply with company policies and audit requirements. Support internal and external audits related to inventory management. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage or stock loss. Maintain and update stock information in the F5 system. Identify and suggest improvements in inventory processes and system automation. Train and support retail staff on inventory handling and documentation.
