This is a full-time, on-site role for an

Inventory Control Specialist

based in

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels within the

retail environment

, overseeing shipping, and receiving activities, and conducting physical inventory counts.

The role includes monitoring stock movement across retail locations and storage areas, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimizing inventory control systems to minimize variances and discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in retail inventory management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily inventory operations and ensure data accuracy across systems. Supervise and monitor shipping, receiving, and stock transfer processes between retail outlets and warehouses. Conduct regular and cycle physical inventory counts to verify stock accuracy. Identify and resolve discrepancies between system and physical inventory. Collaborate with the purchasing, logistics, and retail operations teams to ensure optimal stock levels. Maintain and improve inventory control procedures to support operational efficiency. Generate and analyse inventory reports to assist in decision-making.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in

Inventory Control

or

Inventory Management

, preferably in the

retail industry

. Experience in

Shipping & Receiving processes

. Skills in maintaining

inventory accuracy

and conducting

physical inventory counts

. Strong

organizational

and

time-management

skills. Ability to work efficiently in a

fast-paced retail environment

. Experience using

inventory management software or ERP systems

is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration

, or a related field (preferred)
