About the Role:

We are currently hiring an experienced and detail-driven

Inventory Controller

to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy, and improving inventory management systems. This role is critical to supporting smooth operations and minimizing inventory costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations. Conduct physical stock audits and investigate discrepancies. Monitor daily inventory transactions and stock movements. Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely restocking. Optimize storage space and implement FIFO/LIFO methods where required. Generate inventory reports and forecasts for management review. Flag aging or slow-moving stock and assist in reduction strategies. Use ERP/inventory systems for data entry and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain. Strong knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho). Proficient in MS Excel, data analysis, and inventory reporting. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field.
