Our client, a leading supplier in the automotive sector for Korean, Japanese and German cars and trucks spare parts in the Middle East and Central Africa is looking to hire a Inventory Controller for their office based in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
Check the inventory in daily basis and advising sales team for the dead stock or non-movement items to move.
Co-ordinating with purchase dept on ordering new items and increasing SKU\xe2\x80\x99s to the inventory.
Closely related with the market on demand and studying the competitor prices
Tracking movement of stock in daily basis and add items in requirement list.
Collaborate with the procurement team to anticipate and meet demand for spare parts.
Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to prevent overstock or shortages.
Generate comprehensive reports on inventory performance, turnover rates, and aging stock.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements.
Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders.
Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
Education & other requirements:
Automobile diploma or graduate
Minimum 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience work experience in automotive spare parts division.
Experience in Korean parts, aware of Export market (Africa and middle east)
