Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Lead, initiate training and manage the performance of the inventory team. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain records to ensure that inventory control is compliant with internal audit requirements. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible and ensure that accurate records are maintained by 3PL inventory, monthly system reconciliation, including transfers, adjustments, cycle count, annual stock count and annual customs reconciliation. \xef\x82\xb7 Investigate root cause of inventory discrepancies and apply solutions to fix them. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that order to delivery timelines is fully respected. \xef\x82\xb7 Regularize stock of Inbound and Outbound discrepancies and customer returns in a timely manner. \xef\x82\xb7 Flag ageing stock and slow-moving stocks with planners & commercial team to take further actions. \xef\x82\xb7 Analyze monthly discrepancies (physical vs actuals) and flag the discrepancies and take appropriate actions to correct the system. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with 3PL business partner to close all customer claim and other inventory related queries within 48 hours. \xef\x82\xb7 Stock reconciliation reports (Monthly physical / quarterly, and annual) discrepancies to be adjusted both value & unit level. \xef\x82\xb7 Daily reporting of open & closed customer claims. \xef\x82\xb7 Monthly reporting slow moving stock. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with the shipping team on scheduling and placement of deliveries. \xef\x82\xb7 Supervise 3PL daily activities and prioritize / delegate work assignments and monitor. productivity Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
