Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
Respond to inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment
Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment
Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions
Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports, review reports monthly with management
Nurture positive relationships with suppliers and provide customer service as needed
RFQ, RFP, LPO, Invoice, DN, Performa Invoice, LTO LTR knowledge and able to process in ODOO software
Research potential vendors
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Any function/ task assigns by Purchase Manager or by Management

Must have:

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchase, Business Administration, or relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Construction logistics (Warehouse & Transportation)
Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
Familiarity with SAP enterprise resource planning software, Odoo will be a plus.
Physical ability to lift weight and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl repeatedly
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
