Bachelor's degree from University or a closely related field of study
6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience in procurement, contract administration, work scope preparation experience in Operation and Maintenance related environment including 3-5 years of supervisory experience in area of specialty with materials background and accounting responsibilities.
Must have in-depth knowledge of cost estimation and tendering process of large & prestigious involving transactional Consultants/ Contractors.
Very good communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills Exposure to project management or facilities management
Ability to read, identify and understand technical manuals, Drawings and project documentations.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
Proficiency in MS Office applications, data computation and analysis
Exposure to Materials management activities.
Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
Experience with materials handling mostly related to buildings & maintenance.
Good understanding of office administration, Inventory Control Methods & systems, Contract Administration.
Well versed knowledge in research& develop B2B with local & international markets
