Job Description

• Bachelor's degree from University or a closely related field of study
• 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience in procurement, contract administration, work scope preparation experience in Operation and Maintenance related environment including 3-5 years of supervisory experience in area of specialty with materials background and accounting responsibilities.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of cost estimation and tendering process of large & prestigious involving transactional Consultants/ Contractors.
• Very good communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills Exposure to project management or facilities management
• Ability to read, identify and understand technical manuals, Drawings and project documentations.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, data computation and analysis
• Exposure to Materials management activities.
• Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
• Experience with materials handling mostly related to buildings & maintenance.
• Good understanding of office administration, Inventory Control Methods & systems, Contract Administration.
• Well versed knowledge in research& develop B2B with local & international markets
• Experience with document control, generation of reports & presentations. Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Financial or Accounting systems, such as Oracle, ERP
