Job Description

Inventory Controller/ Administrator - Female with driving license - Fujairah Our budget is up to 6K. You may review the below job description before Appling Inventory and Accounting Order office and farm supplies Managing petty cash for the section Manage purchasing orders for incoming equipment, services, and supplies Compile reports inventory and supply balances Inspection of delivered goods Compare LPO or PO with Delivery notes. Entering data into the ERP system Create and maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies Record and track the stocks and inventory Record and create a list of supplier details (included mail, web, and phone, etc.) Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data Report damaged or missing products and replace them. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and track records and reports of inventories, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued. Coordinate with Finance Dept on timely submittal of the Supplier Invoices with supporting POs / Delivery Notes, and proper authorization from the concerned location Manager. Conduct physical inventory and prepare the inventory report as and when required Admin Work Answer and direct phone calls professionally Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the farm Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Provide general support to visitors Take meeting minutes Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Write letters and emails on behalf of other office employees Coordinate office procedures Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Maintain up-to-date employee records Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been entered Generate reports & create presentations Assist in creating SOPs Raise issue to Head Office concerning employee requests and complaints Initiating employee engagement activities and employee efficiency through various channels Assist in preparing employee timesheets Monitor and keep track of HACCP requirements Ensuring HSE procedure is maintained and monitored within the farm Testing new database systems and software updates Overall management of the farm in the absence of Manager/ Supervisors Make sure that new processes are put in place for overall farm improvement Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
