Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
- Plan a quarter Cycle count and Stock count for all customers to be covered yearly.
- Manage inventory team on each facility and plan the counts with warehouse managers.
- Do system reconciliation and adjust the stock accordingly.
- Track customer inventory accuracy on daily basis.
- ABC analysis for customer stock.
- Provide solution to customers to optimize stock turnover.
- Plan for stock consolidation to optimize the space.
- Plan for stock movements between the facilities.
- Do a quarterly report to the customers on non-moving stock.
- Create a Tool to monitor the inventory accuracy for all customers.
- Investigate on stock discrepancies and provide action plan with the team to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Manage stock adjustment on warehouse management system.
- Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels.
- Analyze data and statistics to continually improve processes.
