Inventory Clerk
member to help us maintain accurate stock levels, support daily operations, and keep our supplies organized and accounted for.
Position Summary:
The
Inventory Clerk
will be responsible for tracking and managing all supplies, linens, cleaning materials, and property amenities used across our holiday home units. This role requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies and materials
Prepare and distribute supplies for cleaning and property setup teams
Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for restocking needs
Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and secure
Requirements:
Preferably proven experience in inventory, warehouse, or storekeeping roles (hospitality experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Reliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
Basic English communication skills
