Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial

Introducing Broker (IB)

to join our team and help expand our client base. As an IB, your primary responsibility is to introduce new clients to our brokerage services, support their onboarding, and maintain strong client relationships. You will act as a trusted intermediary between the client and our trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote the company's trading products and services to prospective clients Identify and onboard new clients through networking, marketing, and referrals Build and maintain a portfolio of active traders Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their trading journey Liaise with the company to ensure clients receive timely assistance and service Maintain updated knowledge of financial markets, products, and promotions Monitor client activity and provide periodic performance reports (if applicable) Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and company policies

Qualifications:

Experience in the financial markets, especially in Forex, CFDs, or commodities Existing network of traders or clients is highly desirable Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Strong understanding of online trading platforms and financial instruments Ability to adhere to compliance and risk management standards
