Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations in front office, food and beverage, or housekeeping

• Engage in scheduled training sessions and skill development programs
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude at all times
• Uphold Marriott International standards and service values
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences
• Perform additional learning assignments as directed

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a hospitality or tourism program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to work flexible shifts and weekends if required
• No prior work experience required
