Job Overview
This hotel internship allows students to gain insight into hospitality services, shadow experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful guest experiences. Interns will work across departments, learning how to deliver excellent service while being immersed in a diverse, global work culture.
Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through various departments including front office, housekeeping, F and B, and guest services
• Assist staff with day-to-day duties, guest support, and team coordination
• Engage in learning sessions, hotel briefings, and professional development
• Support hotel operations during events and peak periods
• Learn Marriott service standards and uphold brand values

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to hospitality, tourism, or business
• Eager to learn with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Able to communicate clearly in English; additional languages are a plus
• Customer-service focus and professionalism
• Flexible and willing to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
