Job Overview
This internship allows participants to rotate through various hotel departments including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest relations. Key Responsibilities

• Support guest service operations in departments such as reception, concierge, or dining
• Participate in cross-training and complete assigned projects
• Learn Marriott brand service standards and apply them in guest interactions
• Assist in event setup, hospitality coordination, and administrative duties
• Maintain professional behavior and uphold company policies and values

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a hospitality, tourism, or business-related program
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Flexible with working hours and shifts
