Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily hotel operations and guest-facing services
• Shadow departmental supervisors to understand best practices
• Participate in training sessions and team briefings
• Help coordinate events and guest experiences
• Maintain Marriott's high standards of service and professionalism

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field
• Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
