Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and aspiring Business Development Intern with a passion for sales and exceptional communication skills. This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, client engagement, and project coordination within the high-growth world of retail development and fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads within the retail and property development sectors. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients. Support senior sales and project teams in client meetings, documentation, and lead tracking. Learn and understand the full lifecycle of turnkey project management. Maintain CRM tools and manage communication pipelines. Contribute to business strategy meetings and marketing outreach initiatives.
Who You Are

A recent graduate or final year student in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is a must; Arabic is a plus). Proactive, confident, and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. Passionate about retail, real estate, project management, and B2B sales. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
