Intern Banking Operation (must Have Student/sponsored Visa)
Job Description
Assisting clients and internal company's employees with banking related matters. To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to banks; but not limited to corporate documentation, personal identification document (If an individual / UBO of a company). Preparation of payment requests Scanning of documents relating to banking procedures Account opening forms that are required to be filled out. Liaising with the Relationship Managers in the bank to enquire on specific queries especially when we provide authorized signatory services. Providing the structure of entities per the bank's requirements Providing the bank with additional/ supporting documentation for facilitating certain transactions relating to significant transfers made. Amending templates for specific resolutions required by the bank. Assisting the Accounts Manager before banking authorities in person. Liaising with the translator if required on the translation of specific banking documentation.
Assisting the Legal Administrator based on specific requirements set out by the Accounts Manager relating to onboarding Clients Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 7 months Ability to commute/relocate:
