Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Group Tax strategy across planning, compliance, and risk management areas
• Provide tax advisory support to business units on transactions, restructurings, and acquisitions
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns in line with country-specific tax calendars
• Identify tax planning opportunities while maintaining compliance with risk management policies
• Assess, monitor, and mitigate tax risks across international operations
• Oversee tax accounting processes, including tax provisions and general ledger tax balances
• Manage tax audits and disputes in coordination with internal teams and external advisors
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and maintain required documentation

Ideal Profile

• Professional certification in Tax, Finance, or Accounting
• 8 to 10 years of experience in an international tax environment
• Strong knowledge of MENA tax regulations
• High level of analytical ability and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management capabilities
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
