Crown Micro is looking for an experienced and skilled
International Sales Head
to lead our sales operations across
MENA, Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America
. This person will work closely with the
Managing Director
to guide global sales strategies, improve performance, and explore new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong international sales experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams across different regions
Main Responsibilities:
Create and manage
global sales strategies
based on company goals.
Bring all
international sales teams
under one structure for better coordination and performance.
Track and analyze sales
performance in each region and suggest ways to improve.
Understand
market needs in each region
and help Business Development Managers grow their areas.
Have regular
one-on-one meetings
with sales staff and Business Development Managers to understand their work and offer support.
Plan and assign manpower
across regions based on market needs.
Support the management team in
negotiations with factories
to get the best product prices and availability.
Gather and organize all sales data
from different regions into clear reports for the Managing Director.
Give input and advice to the Managing Director on
global sales decisions and business growth opportunities
.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum
5+ years of experience
leading international sales, especially in
MENA, Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America
.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience working with
diverse teams
and managing across time zones.
Good understanding of global sales operations and international markets.
Skilled in planning, reporting, and using CRM/sales tools.
Preferred Skills:
Background in
technology, electronics, or energy sectors
is a plus.
Hands-on approach with the ability to think strategically.
Experience working in multi-cultural environments is a benefit.
