to facilitate successful transactions.Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Recruit and onboardEuropean real estate agents
interested in relocating to Abu Dhabi.Market Expansion:
Develop strategies to attract European investors and buyers to the UAE market.Relocation Support:
Guide agents throughvisa processing, housing arrangements, and licensing requirements
.Networking:
Build relationships withEuropean real estate agencies, developers, and relocation firms
.Sales & Negotiation:
Assist relocated agents in securing property deals and navigating the Abu Dhabi market.Legal & Compliance:
Ensure all transactions comply withUAE real estate laws and regulations
.Marketing & Promotion:
Utilize digital platforms and traditional marketing strategies to attract international clients.Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales or recruitment
(preferably international hiring). Strongcommunication, negotiation, and networking skills
. Knowledge ofEuropean and Abu Dhabi real estate markets
. Fluency inEnglish
