Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a globally connected and results-driven International Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in international property transactions and a passion for helping clients invest across borders. You will be responsible for advising overseas buyers, managing international listings, and facilitating cross-border deals with professionalism and precision.
Responsibilities
Advise international clients on property investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi and other global markets
Manage cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
Build and maintain relationships with overseas investors, developers, and real estate partners
Conduct virtual and in-person property tours, presentations, and consultations
Stay informed about global market trends, pricing, and investment strategies
Represent the company at international real estate exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, legal, and client service functions
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in international real estate sales or consultancy
Strong understanding of global property markets and investment dynamics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work with diverse clientele
Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of international property deals
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
RERA or equivalent certification is an advantage
