, you will connect global clients with lucrative property opportunities in Abu Dhabi, offering expert guidance on market trends, investment strategies, and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist international clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Provide expert advice on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including investment opportunities and Golden Visa eligibility. Act as the primary liaison for international investors and expatriates, guiding them through local property laws. Conduct virtual and in-person property tours for international clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clientele, offering personalized service. Utilize advanced marketing tools to promote listings to global audiences. Collaborate with developers and brokers to access and market exclusive properties. Stay updated on global real estate investment trends to provide strategic advice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in international real estate transactions or working with international clients. Strong communication skills, fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred). UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
