Key Responsibilities:

Assist international clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring a smooth experience tailored to their needs. Provide expert advice on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends and global investment opportunities. Act as the primary contact for overseas investors, expatriates, and foreign buyers, guiding them through the UAE property laws and regulations. Conduct virtual and in-person property tours to showcase exclusive listings. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, offering professional support throughout the transaction process. Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to international audiences. Collaborate with developers and brokers to secure top-tier property deals suited for international investors. Stay informed about global real estate trends and cross-border investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in international real estate transactions or working with global clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous. Knowledge of UAE property laws and global investment processes. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation.
