Core Responsibilities:

1. Global Trademark Lifecycle Management

? Execute multi-country registrations, renewals, and oppositions (Madrid System/single jurisdictions).

? Monitor trademark squatting risks and design defensive registration strategies.

2. Domain Defense & Enforcement

? Manage global domain portfolios (including mainstream extensions).

? Initiate UDRP/URS arbitrations with a target of ?3 wins annually.

3. Infringement Monitoring & Legal Actions

? Detect brand infringements via multi-channel monitoring.

? Coordinate legal actions with external firms (annual revenue target: ?$200K).

4. Digital IP System Development

? Operate brand monitoring platforms and evidence-collection systems.

? Build trademark risk dashboards.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

? Support pre-launch trademark clearance for new products.

? Provide IP due diligence for M&A projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law (IP specialization preferred).

2. 3+ years of IP management experience in finance (law firm/corporate).

3. Professional English (IELTS 7.0/TOEFL 100+ equivalent).

4. Proficiency in TrademarkNow/Thomson CompuMark.
