- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, contributing to the catering commitment to quality and innovation.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen team members on cooking techniques and procedures, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration at the catering
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, reflecting the catering commitment to professionalism and hygiene.Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen, preferably in international cuisine
- Leadership abilities and excellent communication skills, with a passion for fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration at the catering
