Date Posted: 2022-07-27-07:00 Country: United Arab Emirates Location: UTS Carrier, Palladium building, 2nd floor, Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE a. Provide support to the sales force to achieve forecast – back office support including but not limited to liaising with other departments such as Finance, Service, IT, Warranty, CML, Supply Chain, Marketing and other departments.
b. Consolidatig monthly reports for sales, bookings and pipeline.
c. Maintaining and generating sales and revenue data.
d. Weekly flash reports of sales progress of each team.
e. Push Backlog Sales - Continuously monitor backlog and update customers for delivery
f. Order Entry - Ensure accurate entry of order reason - Secured/ Un secured within the sales order
g. Monitor timely out bound deliveries in coordination with supply chain and resolve any issues promptly
h. Sales operations due diligence – following internal processes / policies in parallel with ACE / ISO requirements
i. Lead the Sales coordinator team to provide guidance and support on daily sales activities in line with company policies.
j. Assist in demand planning along with supply chain to meet forecast requirements
k. Material allocation by branch
l. Submission of Credit documents to Finance for credit activation.
m. Invoicing
