Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on existing leads.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information about company services and offers.
Maintain and update call records and client details in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to sales consultants.
Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.
Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
Prior experience in call center, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
